Q: If I want to create a custom pillow cover, what size picture do I need?

A: Once you upload your image, you can view it at actual print size and crop it accordingly before ordering.
21" X 51" covers can be printed at the following image sizes (measured in pixels):
• 700 x 280 Image Quality: Low
• 1400 x 560 Image Quality: Medium
• 2800 x 1120 Image Quality: High
• 5400 x 2160 Image Quality: Very High

Keep in mind that you can choose to have the cover printed either as landscape (wide) or portrait (tall).

Q: What can I do to get the best possible quality?

A: Obviously bigger is better to a point. The cropped print size is 21" X 51"

• Once you upload your image, you can view it at actual print size before ordering.
• If you build a collage you can get away with smaller images (we recommend an online editor called Pixlr).
• If it is obvious your image is too grainy we will email you to resubmit a new image.

Q: Can the products be machine-washed?

A: Yes~ The process for transferring the image to the fabric is called Dye sublimation. The colors our dyed into the fabric so it will not crack or chip like a silk screen. You can machine wash the cover in cold water and tumble-dry on low heat. Your custom cover will not fade any faster then regular clothing.

Q: Will the cover crack or chip like a silk screen?

A: No~ Instead of gluing something onto the fabric, our process consists of dying the fabric fibers. This keeps the cover as soft as cotton and looking good as new through dozens of washes.

Q: Is the printed side soft?

A: Yes, extremely soft~ The print side of the fabric 100% polyester microfiber. Both sides of the cover are incredibly soft!

Q: Can I make a body pillow collage?

A: Yes~ eventually you will be able to from the site, but at this time build your own collage in an image editor such as Pixlr. . Keep in mind the cropped image will be 21" X 51" and we suggest a minimum of 100-dpi. (2100 pixels X 5100 pixels) then save the image in a JPEG format.

Q: Can I order a Body pillow without joining the community?

A: Yes~ Absolutely! You will need to register however only your name and contact information is needed for this process.

Q: Can I just order the pillowcase?

A: Yes~ Our Body Pillow Cases are printed 21” X 51”. To ensure a custom fit for your body pillow case we recommend the Hollander Laura Ashley body pillow that can be found at Bed Bath and Beyond for 19.99. This is the same pillow that can be purchased from our site for the same price, although this will have a small impact on your shipping costs.

Q: How do the Royalties get paid?

A: The royalties will be paid monthly threw Pay Pal. Standard accounts will be paid $5 per product purchased. VIP accounts can be negotiated for larger royalties. See our royalty page for more information.
